Reunion (Los tres clavos)

Iron and cord
15 x 7 x 7 cm
2020

The etymological origin of the word religion is the Latin verb religare, to tie strongly, to unite again. In this piece, three iron nails typical of Christian iconography are tied and brought together by force, uncomfortable and raised on the wall, referring to the place usually reserved for the domestic crucifix.
