I put my bare foot on the threshold

Graphite and oil on wood, iron, cord and brass
190 x 190 x 190 cm

The space is crossed by a brass line on the ground. This line is a north-south line. A meridian, like the one seen in some cathedrals. Or what is the same, a collection of solar noons. On this line stands this piece. A threatening shelter, a minimal architecture, a three-dimensional drawing and a door that frames a threshold, constituting a perennial and unsolvable inside-outside formal dilemma.
