Andreaskruis proposes a formal and chromatic game between the culture of Flanders and Galicia. The cross of Saint Andrew (Andreaskruis in Dutch) is, in the field of folklore of the old Spanish Netherlands, an expression of the desire for good fortune. For this reason, in the characteristic wall anchors of the Flemish dwellings, there is usually a small chiseled cross. In this piece we find this cross on a concrete block pigmented with red oxide, the characteristic color of the carpentry of the hórreos of the north of the province of Ourense.
